HaeMin Kim, RN, is a full-time research assistant at the College of Nursing, Yonsei University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy and is currently serving as a nursing officer. During her service, she has worked in military hospitals and divisional medical units. In particular, her experience in divisional medical units—where a limited number of healthcare personnel are responsible for the health of a large number of soldiers—highlighted the critical role of community health nursing within military settings. Her research interests focus on identifying factors that influence soldiers’ health and developing strategies to promote healthier military populations.
